Hey! I’m Kait and I’m the owner of Kait & The Canines. I currently run this business completely by myself and have done since I started it in April 2025.
My philosophy surrounds the fact that to me dogs and cats are more than just pets, they’re part of the family. That’s why I will always deliver premium care so that not only your pets can receive the highest level of attention that they deserve but also so you can have full peace of mind that your fur babies are in excellent care. Whether it’s a 30 minute puppy check in visit or a 7 day sit I will always give your pets the best care and will look after them as if they were my own.
I have a lifelong commitment
to animal wellbeing which I have used to gain experience working in a luxury 5* dog boarding kennels and most recently in November 2025 I volunteered at an award winning animal sanctuary in Thailand. No matter where I am or what I’m doing, animals will always be my main priority.
I am fully insured to care for up to 6 pets at a time and I have a clear DBS check. I am more than happy to provide proof of these to anyone who wishes to see them.
I am both canine and feline first aid trained. I am also confident to administer medication and work with pets who may require extra support such as the use of a wheelchair.
